In Matthew 11:28 (ESV), Jesus said, " Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest,"

This begs the question, if the burden of stress you struggle under drains you of strength and peace, then one of these statements is true: you don’t really believe He is capable of carrying your load or you don’t believe He really cares enough to keep His word. Stress can rob you of God's peace, or if you trust Him to carry the load your relationship with God will deepen as you experience the peace of God.
