David Pearce has served as Calvary's Senior Pastor since July of 2005. Prior to that, he served as a missionary with Baptist Mid-Missions for over 25 years, mostly in Haiti. He graduated from Prairie Bible College with a Bachlor of Arts and also received his Master of Arts & Religion degree from Liberty University.

Pastor Dave's ministry philosophy is to faithfully teach and preach the Word of God. He desires to make disciples who take God at His Word and are drawn into a deeper relationship with God and each other. 

The attributes that best describe Pastor Dave are strong preaching, commited leadership, and a deep passion to reach the lost. He has expressed a burning desire to lead Calvary to embrace and encourage biblical views, while caring for the needs of those around them and connecting them to the body of Christ. 

Pastor Dave and Teresa were married at Calvary Baptist Church in 1979. They have four children, all married, and 11 grandchildren.

Terry Kerr, along with his wife, Kristine, have attended Calvary since 2016.

Now retired, Terry, along with Kristine, served in their previous church as AWANA commanders for over 35 years. God used this connection to draw him to Calvary as they still have a great heart for the ministry of AWANA in kids' lives.

When asked what he loves about Calvary: "I think it checks all the boxes of ministries - love for our youth, love for missions, and an enthusiastic pastor that preaches the Word."

Terry and Kristine were married in 1974. They have three grown children and 13 grandchildren.

Andy, along with his wife, Erin, have attended Calvary since 2012.

A high-school teacher by profession, Andy serves not only as an Elder at Calvary, but demonstrates his humble servant's heart by serving in the sound booth and other areas as needed.

When speaking of Calvary, Andy affirmed, "Our family loves Calvary because of the Bible-centered preaching and teaching. We love the fact that there are classes and Bible study groups for all ages. Our children have enjoyed Calvary's AWANA, Vacation Bible School, and Youth Group. We love the people and the friendly, family atmosphere at Calvary!"

Andy and Erin were married in 2005 and have two teen-aged boys.

Joseph and his wife, Kristen, have attended Calvary since 2006. 

Joseph is a family practice doctor and has served the Sault Sainte Marie area for the past 18 years. In addition to serving as an Elder at Calvary, he facilitates a Connection Class on Sunday mornings and hosts a small group in their home.  

Joseph and Kristen were first introduced to Calvary as they sought a place where their kids could get solid Bible teaching - they found it in Calvary's AWANA.

Although Joseph and Kristen initially loved the welcoming nature of Calvary, they stayed because of its Bible-based teaching. He finds Calvary to be a place where Biblical views are embraced and encouraged, where members care about the needs of those around them, and where relationships are formed with others in the body of Christ - making Calvary a church with a great sense of belonging.

Joseph and Kristen were married in 1994. God has blessed them with four grown children and 2 grandchildren.
